Through prayer and time with the Lord, I have had a burden placed upon my heart for the people of Africa for many years now.

Our church Hoffmantown has felt called to minister specifically to the people of Uganda.  When I found out there was an opportunity for people to be involved, my heart lept.  I’ve been in prayer and after much time with the King, I do believe that He has called me to the short-term missions field.

Through prayer, I applied to be part of the short-term mission team headed to Uganda in April of this year.  I just found out recently that I got accepted to be part of the team.

I’m humbled and thrilled at the same time.  I will be attending classes at Hoffmantown in preps for the trip.  I’m also sending out letters asking for prayerful and financial support.
